I was trying to figure this out and i got a little disoriented but i think i will be fine. So this should edit the text on the home page and i think i can add pages later on by clicking on that "Add new Page" on the left column.

Well anyway, i'll be posting more soon, and may be edit this page again later once i have something that I really want to be on the home page. Let me just see how this would look like when submitted and published.

Oh and by the way the title of this site is inspired by WolfGang's Bought and Sold song.. I was listening to it when i made this account/site. And this other guy must be cooking tilapia recipes when he did his.
